Design Review

 

 

The goal of the Architectural Review Committee is to promote the architectural harmony of Windrose at Zanjero Trails and thereby enhance the aesthetic and economic value of the property.  The Committee's purpose is to insure the consistent application of the Design Guidelines as set forth in the CC&Rs.  

 

The Committee monitors any portion of any Lot or parcel that is visible from neighboring property, the street, or the Association's Common Areas.  

 

While the Committee has up to 45 days to review applications, the Committee strives to respond to all requests as quickly as possible.  In order to insure your request is processed in a timely manner, please insure to include the following:

 

1. A completed Application.

2. Information on the proposed change - this may include renderings and product information.

3. A map showing the proposed location of the change

4. All dimensions and colors of the proposed items if necessary
